That led to a conversation, and I found out that the first draft was close to perfect. I asked them for a written recommendation on Facebook, maybe Google My Business, after they came for a consultation, as I knew that I had to get the word out about our location. However, I never asked them to go on a video. I didn’t have to.
Funnily enough, the very same day, a friend and colleague we work with turned up at the office with food as well, and we caught them on video saying nice things about us. That makes two video testimonials a day.
