As some of our clients see, we use SocialPilot for managing their social media. The reason is that it gives us all the stats we need to present to customers to get them to see how their digital marketing is working and which posts are doing the best. We are offering the reports for free, as we believe in trannsparency when it comes to social media management packages. There are far too many social media marketing companies out there that will promise the world and underdeliver. We believe in being honest, as this way we can keep the customers longer. Here is an overview of the SocialPilot system.
Our Social Media Management Reports
The reports also cover Twitter and LinkedIn. When it comes to LinkedIn marketing. The tool doesn’t only cover the reach and the number of views on the profile, but also the profile visits. You would normally have to pay for an upgraded account to get all this information. You can find out what people are doing and who you are reaching through your business or personal page. This is a great way of analysing your LinkedIn without upgrading to premium. This service is included in our social media management packages.
Instagram Posting Service
However, we also work with loads of smaller or visual businesses that utilise Pitnerest and Instagram. For a long time, most of the tools were only able to post on Instagram if you installed the app and verified the post on their mobile phone. This caused us a headache, as most of our social media marketing clients are not good with technology, and they love done-for-you solutions. As Instagram allows you to only use up to four accounts on your phone, you will need to juggle different accounts, especially if you are managing dozens of accounts at a time. SocialPilot now introduced a workaround solution that allows you to use Buffer to manage your posts directly, which means that you can post directly to Instagram.
On the other hand, Pinterest is simple. You can see how many times your pins were saved and shared. You will also see your most popular boards and your best performing images and videos.
You will be surprised that we are able to get leads and clicks from Pinterest, too, even though we are not in the visual niche. You would be asking how? The simple answer is: infographics. They are the sweetest and sexiest type of content of social media marketing, and you can use them to build your brand, position yourself as an expert, and get links from other sites, too. Not to mention that it is a great way of getting complicated messages across. If you would like us to create your infographics, please check out our content packages.
GDPR Compliant Social Media Marketing Packages
All of our social media packages are GDPR compliant. We never use or even see the client’s login details to create posts. SocialPilot’s white label service allows us to get clients to connect and disconnect their accounts. You are in the driving seat, and we will never send anything out unless we are confident that it will work for your brand and it is approved. Here is the very simple way we work with clients:
- We sit down for an initial consultation and hold a breakthrough session, completing the Ideal Client Sheet and the Marketing SWOT. The session usually costs £99, but we only charge customers £47, as we will both benefit from the service. You can book your marketing SWOT to get a better idea about what it is like to work with us long term.
- We create a brainstorming sheet and send over a proposal with the funnel map
- We create the social media content to address the first and most important part of the funnel; awareness
- The posts get approved, and they go out to get measured
- The client gets a detailed, easy-to-understand social media performance report to touch base and understand the client’s needs better.
- We set up the follow up funnel or landing page to make conversions happen.
Of course, clients always have the right and the ability to disconnect their accounts. While none of them have done it before, it is an option.
We also create content that is there for the customer to keep. Let’s say that we created an infographic to go out on your Facebook or LinkedIn page. You are free to publish it in groups, on your site, and anywhere you want to. We have heard horror stories about web designers who made clients pay for the graphics they created for their sites. We would never do that.
